Guest Post: A Shy Guy’s Guide To Plan The Perfect Date
“I need a shy guy. He’s the kinda guy who’ll only be mine”
That’s right shy guys, girls really like you, as the female singer admits. But that doesn’t mean that you have to depend on your shyness alone to get the girl. Females are attracted to shy guys because they tend to be faithful and sensitive. But they’re waiting for you to do THE MOVE first. Here’s 5 tips how to plan the perfect date. To start, find the perfect girl.
Shy guy needs a shy girl
We’ll she really doesn’t have to be shy, but at least she’s someone that almost has the same characteristics or interests with you, thus talking and trying to impress her won’t be too hard.
Clubs and organizations are the perfect places to start. Or you can scan Facebook pages of friends and filter those that share the same love as you do.
Shy guy dates in his comfort zone
Stay in your territory. Be in places where you’re not pressured with your date. Also, be open for ideas from your date, she likes to have fun too. As you gain more confidence in yourself and the relationship, slowly get out of the zone by taking little risks. Through this, you can tell if the relationship will last.
A shy guy prepares
Plan where, how much it will cost and what you will wear. Try to imagine how and what you will talk to your date, but do not make it too rehearsed. The first date matters because it determines if you will get a second date or its goodbye forever.
Shy guy understands it’s not about him…
…it’s about her. Two ways that you should not display yourself are as a BOAST and as an INTERROGATOR. Girls tend to think that shy guys are down-to-earth and humble, so stay that way. Don’t go overboard when impressing your date and never question like you demand an answer.
Shy guy doesn’t expect it to be perfect
So, you’ve got a great gal, the best place and you guys are having a blast. Then as both of you drive off to the next destination (you have tickets to catch a movie and the cinema is miles away) the tire went flat. Uh-oh, what does a shy guy do next?
When your date switches to “blunder” mode, don’t fret. Guys need to understand that it’s okay when these things happen. The best thing to do is relax and calmly think of ways to a. solve the problem or b. think of another way to have fun in spite of the problem. Maybe a romantic bus ride to the cinema won’t be a bad idea.
