The first thing to consider if you feel trapped in your current role is taking a course. If you dread going into work every morning and sitting at the same desk performing the same menial tasks, don’t be afraid to start exploring new opportunities. So what if you are qualified in marketing? Take a couple of courses alongside your work and you could change your career path to a purchasing or sourcing role such as this .
